the location worked very well it was close to the termini station. the staff was approachable and helpful every day. i found the bathroom clean and the hot water shower reliable there were no issues. the room cleaning service was consistent .
i noticed some noise in the hallway at night so i used ear plugs.

I found the location very accessible, just a short walk to termini station. the staff was kind and helpful. They allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, super convenient. my room was clean and had sufficient toiletries, bed sheets, and towels. i really liked that.

the rooms were large and spacious. the bathroom included a bath, a definite plus. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring, close to transport. we arrived early and staff allowed us access to our room, we greatly appreciated this gesture.

The hotel's proximity to termini station WAS a huge plus. The staff allowed us to store our luggage after checkout, helpful (i had a late train).
The signage for the hotel is quite small. I missed it initially.

convenient location clean room helpful reception
the location offered convenient access to termini station, subway lines, and bus stops. i found the room to be very clean . the receptionists were consistently helpful with any inquiries i had. they cleaned the room daily, which i appreciate.
the air conditioning did not function properly in my room, despite paying extra for it. i reported this issue to the staff, but the problem was never resolved . it was quite uncomfortable, especially with the high temperatures outside.
